Abstract
The article analyzes the place of the right to collective bargaining and the conclusion of collective agreements and agreements in the system of labor rights. The legal nature of the right to collective bargaining and the con- clusion of collective agreements, agreements, as a subjective labor law, which is regarded as a measure of the possible behavior of the eligible party, secured by the legal obligations of the other party.
