Legal Order in the Sphere of National Security: to Formulation of the Problem

Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity for subjective theoretical-legal research of the nature and essence of the legal order in the sphere of national security. Actualizing development this phenomenon is determined by the contemporary threats to national security of Ukraine and the necessity of transforming the system of legal means of its effective security.
