Legal patrioticism as the optimum model government ideology in Ukraine

Abstract
The article focuses on identified in the scientific literature characteristics of theoretical models of patriotism with the perspective of using their potential for the development of patriotism in Ukraine. The four main models (types) of patriotism are researched in the scientific literature, namely ethnic, territorial, national and constitutional. Everyone of these types has its own disclosure, its constitutive potential served for strengthening the relationship between human and the state. And at the same time, under certain circumstances, each of them can create challenges and becomes cause of such interconnection destruction. Different types of patriotism interconnection is examined. It is proposed the scientific model – the concept of legal patriotism, which embodies the elements of all the previously considered types of this phenomenon, and at the same time has its own special sense.
