Abstract
The questions of the legal personality of deaf-mutes in the Russian Empire in the late XIX – early XX century. The main branch of the law that affect the personality of people with disabilities. The role of regulatory legal acts for the deaf disabled at that time. Investigated the historical experience of capacity, capacity and delictual deaf in the Russian Empire in the late XIX – early XX century.
