Legal reform: theoretical and applied dimensions actualization of the problem

Abstract
The theoretical and applied dimensions of the actualization of the problem of legal reform in modern legal science is considered in the article. The reasons and manifestations of the importance of legal reform for legal doctrine and practice of state-legal construction are determined. Perspective directions of comprehension of methodological, theoretical and practical aspects of legal reform are outlined. The article argues that the legal reform is an essential factor in actualizing the study of a number of other state-legal phenomena.
