Education as a key factor in promoting the protection of intellectual property rights at the customs boarder

Abstract
Lifelong learning is an important factor in raising the professional level of government officials. In this article was con- sidered the importance of education and was explored the direct influence of the awareness of customs officials on the protection of intellectual property rights. Also was studied international experience on the example of Slovakia and analyzed the current state of the national legislation of Ukraine on this issue.
