Constitutional reform of the representative function of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the constitutional reform of the representative function of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine. It is proved that the current state of the reform of the prosecutor’s office in Ukraine is closely connected with the judicial reform, which is now under way and has the goal of realizing the strategic task of ensuring its institutional capacity. It is concluded that the changes analyzed are a projection of the recommendations of European institutions, were provided in legislative developments in the sphere of reforming the prosecutor’s office.
