The role of socially useful works in the system of administrative penalties

Abstract
The role of public socially works as a new kind of administrative penalties is analyzed and researched in this article. Char- acteristic of this charge is given The description of this penalty is given taking into account the existing practice, the positive and negative aspects of introducing changes to the legislation in the part of strengthening the liability of debtors for non-payment of alimony. Particular attention is paid to the benefits of the new law.
