The System of Health Management Subjects

Abstract
The legal status of public authorities in the field of healthcare, including the special authorized body (MOH) and local authorities – the local administration and local self-government bodies, is investigated. The deficiencies and miscalculations of the indicated activity are identified, among them the insufficient efficiency of administering the provision of medical services and health care in the context of the reform of the medical sector. The ways of improvement of the health care system are offered, including the increase of the level of interaction of the subjects of health protection, especially on the local level.
