The place of legal relationships in the sphere of professional sport in the structure of civil law and civil le- gislation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of issues related to the definition of the place of professional sports relations in the structure of the subject of civil law and civil legislation. In particular, during the research of the legal nature of relations in the field of professional sport the sectoral affiliation of this type of legal relationship, the place of legal regulations governing the sphere of sports, the system of law and the system of domestic legislation have been established. It has been established that legal relations in the field of professional sport form a private legal institute regulating personal non-property and property relations, based on legal equality, free expression of will, property independence of their participants, which arise within the limits of one typical social attitude – professional sport. It is proved that the legislation in the field of sport today is an independent comprehensive branch of legislation, the subject of regulation of which is social relations in the field of sport, combining their different kinds.
