Risk and civil liability: review of doctrinal approaches to the problem of their interrelation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the interrelation between risk and civil liability. The conclusion is made that the civil legal doctrine does not have a clear position on this issue. Some scientists risk, along with guilt, are understood as the basis of civil liability, while others believe that risk cannot be considered either as a guilty cause, nor as a minimum degree of guilt, nor as a basis for civil liability.
