Formation of the institute for ecological legal culture in the system of ecological law of Ukraine: problems and perspectives

Abstract
The article is focused on scientific, theoretical and legal approaches to the formation of the institute of ecological legal culture of man and society as interdisciplinary and integrated institute of ecological law of Ukraine. Proposals are defined to improve the current legislation in order to increase the level of ecological legal culture of the society, taking into account the participation of Ukraine in international and European integration processes.
