Something about the normative regulation of the “restitution” of cultural values from Ukraine

Abstract
The article analyzes the arbitrary and wrong interpretation by historians of the Law of Ukraine “On the export, import and return of cultural values”. As a result, the transfer for political reasons of displaced cultural values to the territory of Ukraine, which are compensation for Ukrainian museums, libraries, archives, on the whole historic and architectural monuments, destroyed and sacked by the Nazis during the Second World War, is justified.
