Legal regulation of land relations in the planning of urban development in Europe and recipition of European standards legislation of Ukraine

Abstract
The article examines the norms of legal acts of the Council of Europe and the European Union on the regulation of land legal relations in the sphere of urban development. Attention is drawn to the history of the adoption of relevant documents, their content, principles and their significance for Ukraine. Based on the analysis of legal acts of the Council of Europe and the European Union, the compliance of domestic legislation with European requirements has been investigated and ways of further improving this legislation have been suggested.
