Peculiarities of right of communal ownership to land in consolidated territorial communities

Abstract
Peculiarities of formation of right of communal ownership to land in consolidated territorial communities are analyzed. It is proved that consolidated territorial communities should be recognized as preliminary subject of communal ownership to land and its radas – as secondary subject of communal ownership to land. Proposals regarding improvement of legislation on com- munal ownership to land in consolidated territorial communities are substantiated.
