Legal regime of electronic commerce: theoretical and legal aspects.

Abstract
This article is intended to analyze the issues of the legal nature and the place of e-commerce in the system of law in Ukraine and to identify the signs of management relations that embrace the concept of e-commerce, Inter net-commerce, electronic trading. The authors explored and specified the hierarchical delineation and the difference between the terminologies and gave a list of the necessary measures and additions.
