Abstract
The article focus on current issues and priorities legal regulation of public service activities in the agricultural sector. Taking into consideration the international experience and practice of the national government clarified the possibility of legal adaptation of public service infrastructure to support economic development as a legal form of cooperation and promote the development of the agricultural sector. On the basis of selected issues recommendations ways to improve legal regulation of economic relations in Ukraine.
