LEGAL REGULATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIVITY OF POLICE FOR PROVIDING RIGHTS AND FREEDOM OF CITIZENS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical and practical problems of the legal regulation of the administrative activity of the police in ensuring the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in Ukraine. The importance of strengthening the personnel and social potential of the National Police, which directly affects the guarantee of the rights of human and citizen’s freedoms, is investigated. The necessity of improving the legal regulation of the administrative activity of the police in the jurisdictional, control and permitting areas is substantiated.
