LEGAL REGULATION OF POST-MORTEM DONATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of legal regulation of donor organs transplant on the basis of the new law "On the application of transplantation of anatomical materials the man". The field of study is the permission for transplantation of organs from the corpse-donor. Analysis of the legal regulation of the consent procedure for the seizure of a donor organ from a corpse-donor.
