REFLECTION AS MECHANISM OF LECTURER’S PROFESSIONAL SELF-REALIZATION

Abstract
The problem of using the lecturer’s reflection as a mechanism of his professional self-realization was analyzed. The functions, kinds and stages of the lecturer’s reflection development are revealed. It was proved, that lecturer’s productive reflection provides his successful professional adaptation. The developed lecturer’s reflexivity is a platform of his professional self-realization.
