Abstract
The article analyzes the historical aspects of the formation of legal regulation of land protection. Thus, today the issue is highly topical. After all, with the development on the basis of scientific and technological progress the intensity of land use increases and tangible negative environmental effects harmful not only to land, and the health and lives of people.
