FORMS OF UNFA IR COMPETITION IN THE SPHERE OF AD VERTISING

Abstract
The article described the form of unfair competition in advertising. The legislation of Ukraine in this sphere is analyzed. The definition of comparative advertising has been improved. The expediency of making amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On Advertising» and the Law of Ukraine «On Protection Against Unfair Competition» is justified.
