COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCEDURE IN THE KINGDOM OF SPAIN AND UKRAINE

Abstract
Some stages of the legislative procedure of the Kingdom of Spain and Ukraine are investigated in the article. The positive experience of the Spanish Parliament was studied out. There were proposed the ways to improve legislative procedure in Ukraine based on the positive experience of the Spanish Parliament.
