STAGE OF EVOLUTION OF CHINESE LEGAL SYSTEM IN XX–XXI CENTURIES

Abstract
The paper attempts to construct a periodization of history of Chinese law in XX –XXI centuries. Was analyzed not only evolution of Chinese statehood, but also whole complex of political and economic transformations that have taken place in China. It is proposed to allocate three stages of development of Chinese law, each of which is characterized by fundamental changes.
