LEGAL REGULATION OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IN UKRAINE AND COUNTRIES-MEMBERS OF EU: COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract

The article examines the legal regulation of public procurement in Ukraine and the countries-EU members. Performed legal analysis of existing legal acts and scientific-theoretical sources on the subject. Based on the analysis of the comparative characteristics of legal regulation of public procurement according to the legislation of Ukraine and EU countries.
