Abstract
The article covers the investigations of the Legal regulation aspects of termination an employment contract with pregnant women and women, who have children. Grounds and procedure of termination an employment contract with pregnant women and women, who have children, have been defined due to Law of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus. The author suggests changes to improve the labour legislation of Ukraine in this field.
