On counteraction to manipulation in stock markets (foreign experience).

Abstract
The article demonstrates foreign experience in combating manipulation in stock markets according to the legislation of certain foreign countries. The list of the main object of criminal encroachment on examples of the USA, Europe and China; range of responsibility for this crime in different countries are determined.
