LEGAL REGULATION OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF A SINGLE SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION

Abstract
The genesis of the establishment and development of legal regulation of a single contribution in Ukraine and the world, international experience in collecting social contributions in different countries has been researched. An attempt is made to identify those features that distinguish the single contribution from other mandatory payments; classification of payers of the single payment; defining differences in tax administration and single contribution. Conclusions and formulated suggestions on increasing the efficiency of making a single contribution in Ukraine are formulated.
