SUBJECT OF THE PHILOSOPHY OF LAW

Abstract
The subject of the philosophy of law has a complex nature so there are various points of view on both the notion of the philosophy of law and its subject, functions, tasks and methods. There are several justifications for the necessity of the existence of the philosophy of law, among which we consider only two: historical and actual. The historical justification for the necessity of the existence of the philosophy of law is based on the irrefutable fact that these problems have always excited humanity throughout its existence. In turn, the actual justification of the philosophy of law is based on the identification of such an aspect, such a side of law, whose knowledge is possible only through the philosophical approach. Only the philosophy of law allows us to understand in the legal reality the relationship, interaction, mutual identification of objective and subjective, material and ideal, material and spiritual, individual, interindividual and individual, personal and mass, social and biological, natural and existential, human and divine , freedom and responsibility, justice and equality, legal and illegal interest, borders and the realization of the rights of a citizen, personality, and person.
