Legal responsibility for animal cruel

Abstract
The article is devoted to the peculiarities of legal liability for cruel treatment of animals. They characterized a legal understanding of the concept of “cruel treatment of animals”, the basic principles of protecting animals from cruel treatment. The concept of “abuse of animals”, its main features is defined. Attention is focused on the types and sizes of legal liability for cruelty to animals.
