Legal responsibility for learning rayder action

Abstract
The research deals with different interpretations of the notion of raider, the main articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which can be applied to raider participants at different stages of its implementation, are outlined. The shortcomings of the criminal legal regulation of raidering were identified and directions of its further improvement were proposed.
