Legal status of foreign citizens conducting labor activities in the territory of the Russian Federation

Abstract
In the work, the author conducts a legal analysis of the conceptual apparatus concerning foreign citizens engaged in paid labor activity and proposes to unify the various concepts found in international legal documents. He considers issues related to determining the legal capacity of foreign citizens through conflict rules.
