LEGAL STATUS OF UKRAINE NGO IN THE EUROPEAN STANDARDS

Abstract
The history of the formation and development of public organizations of Ukraine was researched. Were marked characteristic features of NGOs. Were showed types of NGOs. Was analyzed the legal regulation of the establishment and termination of NGOs. Harmonize elements of the legislation of Ukraine on associations with European standards were reserched.
