LEGAL SUPPORT ANTI FINANCIAL FRAUD IN INVESTMENT CONSTRUCTION INDUSTR

Abstract
This article considers the aspects, related to the study of legal mechanisms of the prevention of crime in construction sphere. It analyses prescriptions of the domestic legislation that govern liability for violations in construction. The author suggests ways to enhance Criminal Code of Ukraine in counteraction to fraud during investment activities.
