RIGHT TO MEDICAL CARE: PECULIARITIES OF ITS EXERCISE

Abstract
This article covers on the specific modalities of legal regulation of the right to medical care. It focuses on the theoretical and practical problems arising in the course of its exercise. The author further argues that, in order to ensure an effective exercise of the personal non-property right in question, certain aspects require their effective solution by way of enacting appropriate amendments to applicable laws.
