LEGAL TECHNIQUE OF THE LAW «ABOUT THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT» 1993 OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

Abstract
The article deals with the structure, features of legal equipment, calculations of quantitative characteristics of the Law of the Republic of Moldova «On Environmental Protection». It is shown that the legislator attaches the greatest importance to the work of the Department of Environmental Protection, the least to issues of international cooperation. On the example of this Law, the content of such provisions of legal technique as clarity, system, hierarchy, clarity, integrity is considered.
