Abstract
The article is devoted to generalization of scientific knowledge for the improvement of criminal law in the field of workers’ rights to proper, safe and healthy working conditions, analysis of legal practice, identify common areas of criminal law reform in the light of the principles of criminalization of socially dangerous acts and regulations legislative technique.
