Abstract
The issue of the degree of scientific development of the constitutional duties of a person and citizen in Ukraine are considered. The achievements of domestic scientists on this issue are analyzed. Scientific works have been singled out that reveal the issues of concept, content, implementation of constitutional duties in general and each of them. Certain aspects have been identified that require further scientific development.
