FEATURES OF CASE MANUFACTURING ON ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES, IMPLEMENTING PATROL POLICE IN THE SAFETY OF ROAD TRAFFIC SAFETY

Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of the powers of the patrol police to implement the proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of road safety. The stages of the proceedings on cases of administrative offenses in the field of road safety carried out by the patrol police are considered. The indicated stages include the initiation of a case of an administrative offense and an administrative investigation; the consideration of the case of an administrative offense and the issuance of a ruling on the case of an administrative offense. Features of the authority of the patrol police at each of the stages are considered. Separate procedural rules defining the procedure for proceedings in cases of administrative violations have been analyzed and concrete proposals for their improvement have been submitted. In particular, the Traffic Rules of Ukraine on the implementation of certain requirements of police officers by vehicle drivers, as well as to certain norms of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
