Legislative reforms and realities towards the implementation of the main wage functions

Abstract
The present article is devoted to the definition of the content and essence of wage fulfillment of its main functions, in particular, reproductive, regulatory and stimulating, in the context of the implementation of Ukraine's normative and legal reforms in the field of remuneration. A number of problems related to the separation of the legislation of this sphere from real economic and political conditions are highlighted.
