Formation of the system of management innovations at industrial enterprise

Abstract
The article deals with the process of development and implementation of managerial innovations at the enterprise. It was found that managerial innovations are mainly related to managerial activity, with the technology of making managerial decisions. In order to implement innovations in an industrial enterprise it is important to provide a sufficient level of innovation activity, which implies the existence of a reliable and efficient system for managing innovative activities and intellectual property. The essence and main characteristics of managerial innovations from the position of management of objects of intellectual property during the innovation activity are highlighted. The schematically the technology of development of managerial innovation is presented, its components and structure are highlighted. The main design of the model is a technological innovation development operation, which is a relatively independent fragment of the intellectual activity process that describes the order of generation of new knowledge and its implementation in scientific discoveries, inventions, know-how, technologies, products, methods and other innovations. Technological operation of innovation development is represented by warehouses: operation input; converter (algorithm, methodology, method of execution) operations (operator); exit operation. The input and output of the operation form components of the materialization of knowledge and intelligence, which are divided into four classes: documents, parameters, universe and innovations. The method of two-stage selection of managerial innovations is substantiated, which includes analysis and preliminary selection of managerial innovations and diagnostics of the innovative susceptibility of management subsystems to a specific class of managerial innovations, as well as analysis of the conformity of the managerial innovations to the organizational system of the enterprise. Such an approach will optimize the selection of managerial innovations, reveal the degree of readiness of the management system and the organizational structure of the enterprise to managerial innovation, which in turn leads to a reduction in the degree of risk and the number of errors in the process of their choice.
