The legal designation of agrochemical certification of agricaltural land

Abstract
Today first and foremost, the responsibility of the government of the state is ensuring sustainable development, which requires the development of national programs and an appropriate political strategy. There is a transformation period in Ukraine, for a long time, during which the efficiency of functioning of the Ukrainian economy, the welfare and health of the nation, the development of production and its scale are closely linked with the land. However, recently the domestic land policy has undergone many radical changes. Primarily this is due to the lack of an effective mechanism for the functioning and regulation of land relations. State regulation of land resources in favor of public satisfaction guarantee of property interests and an important factor for socio-economic stability of its financial, economic and environmental security. This article analyzed some aspects of regulation agrochemical certification of agricultural land in Ukraine. Of course, today there are many problems (including lack of financial resources, legal and regulatory framework, lack of government support, unattractive domestic enterprises to foreign investors) that prevent efficient and qualitative development of enterprises. In nature you can take everything you need to mankind, but it can not violate its equilibrium. The use of agricultural natural resources of the land area should be based on the assertion that the earth is not only the heritage of their ancestors and the descendants borrowed. Rational using of land resources are an extremely important natural science and socio-economic problem. Which one sold by the balance between the necessary economic growth and, at the same time, the preservation of land resources. The reasons of ineffective land use are demonstrated. Defined gaps in legislative regulation. Formed proposals to improve regulation of agrochemical certification of agricultural lands.The legislation to set up binding ecological and agrochemical certification is proposed.
