Legislative regulation of enforcement proceedings for the judicial reform of 1864

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the legal foundations of executive proceedings in the second half of the nineteenth century, by analyzing normative legal acts that regulated the organization and functioning of the institution of bailiffs for the judicial reform of the specified period. The main aspects of the legal status of bailiffs under the Statute of the Judiciary of 1864 are considered, as well as found the positive aspects and the problems of the establishment and functioning of the bailiff institute were identified.
