Лекарственные растения как модуляторы функционального состояния спортсменов

Abstract
Principles of individualization of application of medical plants are developed for optimization of work of the adaptive systems of organism. Application of collections of medical plants, made in obedience to the individual features of sportsmen on the indexes of vegetative balance and maintenance of kortizol, insulin and β-endorfin in blood, instrumental in normalization of the probed indexes, that testifies to efficiency of application of principles of individualization of application of medical plants for renewal of capacity of sportsmen.
