Les privatisations en Turquie: un regard critique

Abstract
La privatisation signifie la réduction au minimum des activités économiques de l'Etat, et la cession de ces activités au secteur privé. Les problèmes socio-économiques engendrés par la croissance excessive de l'Etat ont donné naissance à des discussions intenses portant sur les limites de l'Etat dans le monde entier à la fin du 20 e siècle. Dans ce contexte, d'importants travaux ont été menés concernant les périodes où il faut préférer une intervention de l'Etat et celles où il faut au contraire préférer une intervention du marché. Les privatisations sont à l'avant-plan des propositions destinées à réduire le rôle de l'Etat dans l'économie et parfois ces privatisations dépassent le cadre de leurs principes et objectifs et font l'objet de critiques. Les privatisations en Turquie ont également des aspects souvent critiqués de ce point vue.
