Leverages of dynamic organizational culture in the system of multi-vector development of enterprises

Abstract

The article enhances conceptions on formation and usage of leverages of dynamic organizational culture in the system of multi-vector development of enterprises. The authors consider the main approaches to defining a concept «organizational culture» and specify its main types. The authors indicate determinant functions of organizational culture in the process of providing multi-vector development of enterprises. The authors have compared organizational culture of dynamic and static organizations. The authors have proved that effective multi-vector development can be provided due to formation of a dynamic type of organizational culture, which is an influential leverage for activation of implementation of multidirectional transformations. Having done the research, the authors indicated leverages of dynamic organizational culture aimed at providing multi-vector development of enterprises.
