LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM IN HIGHER SCHOOLS: REALITIES AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract
In the article the current status and options for further development of automated control systems for LED lighting systems have been explored. Interaction protocols of hardware-software complexes have been analyzed. Practical recommendations for designing led lighting management systems have been presented. In the USA, the energy policy Act of 2005 year (EPACT 2005) and the law on the energy independence and security of the year 2007 (EISA 2007) identified directive Secretary of the Ministry of energy for the development of the next generation initiatives lighting SSL R support & D (research and development of solid-state lighting). Support for research, development, demonstration and commercial applications related to advanced SSL technology reserved for the Ministry of energy (Department of Energy-DOE) at the legislative level. For the effective implementation of the directive EPACT 2005 and EISA 2007 year, the Ministry of energy has developed a comprehensive national strategy for the establishment of a joint effort with the lighting industry and the scientific community to guide the creation of SSL technology. For many years DOE SSL SSL has been implemented in R&D with aggressive pursuit of efficiency and productivity, as well as monitoring the release of new products to identify performance problems at an early stage of production and implementation, and address them producers. Despite the rapid progress, SSL technology actually is at an early stage of its existence. When it comes to saving energy, the United States almost 95% of its capacity remains unused. In materials, processes, products, designs management systems, as well as production is still necessary, realize the full potential of the technology. Thus, the United States Department of energy (DOE) pays great attention to promising remotely-managed (connected lighting) control systems, led lighting and plans to bring them up to 25% of the total number of installed lighting installations. For that allocates funds for development and research. Let's consider some implementation and operation experience of lighting systems. Prospects of development of governance systems are closely linked to the development of new sensors, developing new real-time operating systems for microcontrollers, development of new control algorithms, development of data transfer protocols between primary sensors and information processing systems. But without staffing, this cannot be achieved. Therefore, the basis for the following tasks: developing and deploying networks (last-meter) MESH Deployment & Star networks with low energy consumption, development of new target lighting development and implementation of complex systems information processing and decision making. will the training of personnel in all directions.
