LIMITATION CAMPAIGNING DURING PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the legal nature and type of restriction campaigning in the parliamentary elections in Ukraine in comparison with foreign practices regulating such restrictions. Attention is focused on the international community made international standards in this area and the need for improvement of national legislation on this issue.
