LIMITATIONS OF VOCATIONAL ADAPTATION OF POLISH ECONOMIC MIGRANTS

Abstract
The article is a presentation of the results of research on limitations of vocational adaptation of Polish economic migrants. The author proposes his own classification of these limitations into 4 categories: institutional and legal, personal, social, and cultural-civilizational. The analysis of research is complemented by suggestions for equipping migrants with the skills that enable them a better adaptation to the environment of the work undertaken abroad<br/><br/>
