LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
On the basis of analysis of current legislation of Ukraine and its application the general theoretical characterization of the limited partnerships’ regulation of their establishment and activities has been made. According to the survey, the own opinion in improving the current legislation of Ukraine in this sphere has been expressed.
